Guaranteed Delivery

Within Australia

The Flower Basket guarantees delivery of Christmas orders in Australia that are placed prior to 5.00pm (AEST) on Friday 22 December 2017.

The Flower Basket will make every effort to deliver orders placed after the guaranteed cut-off time of 5.00pm (AEST) on Friday 22 December however, depending on the delivery location, delivery may not occur until Wednesday 27 December 2017.

Please note that deliveries to some remote or regional areas are not covered by this guarantee. Please contact the Flower Basket Customer Service Centre on 1800 736 677 for information regarding deliveries to remote or regional areas.

Overseas

The Flower Basket guarantees delivery of Christmas orders destined for overseas countries that are placed prior to 11.59pm (AEST) on Thursday 21 December 2017.

The Flower Basket will make every effort to deliver international orders placed after the guaranteed cut-off time of 11.59pm (AEST) on Thursday 21 December 2017 however, depending on the delivery location, delivery may not occur until Wednesday 27 December 2017.

Please note that deliveries to some remote or regional areas are not covered by this guarantee. Please contact the Flower Basket Customer Service Centre on 1800 736 677 for information regarding deliveries to remote or regional areas.

Deliveries – Sunday 24 December 2017

Courier services in some locations within Australia will cease operating on Saturday 23 December 2017. Should you place your order for delivery on Sunday 24 December 2017 to an area where courier services will cease on Saturday 23 December (or earlier in some rural or remote locations), The Flower Basket will have your delivery made with the last available service to ensure that your gift is delivered prior to Christmas Day.

Substitutions – Within Australia and Overseas

Due to the large volume of orders placed for delivery for Christmas, The Flower Basket reserves the right to make substitutions to the requested arrangement style in order to ensure that your order is delivered, particularly for orders placed after 11.59pm on Friday 22 December 2017. All substitutions will be made with appropriate products to the same or greater value than the original order.

Order Cancellations

As off 11.59pm (AEST) on Friday 22 December 2017, The Flower Basket is unable to accept cancellations to orders for delivery up to and including Sunday 24 December 2017.

Delivery Policy when the recipient is not at home to accept your gift

In situations where a recipient is not at home to accept your gift, our couriers will leave the item in a secure location if available at the delivery address.

Where a secure location cannot be identified, our couriers will leave a “not at home” card in the letterbox of the delivery address advising your recipient to contact the delivering Flower Basket florist to arrange for a re-delivery. In this instance, the Flower Basket is unable to guarantee that a re-delivery will be able to be made prior to Christmas Day, Monday 25 December 2017.

Specific Timed Deliveries

The Flower Basket is unable to guarantee specific timed deliveries for Friday 22, Saturday 23 and Sunday 24 December 2017. Requests for specific delivery times will be noted and every attempt will be made to meet these requests however we are unable to guarantee these requests.
